Invite over your closest friends, the ones you really, truly love. Top with remaining 1 lb of shredded cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Bake your macaroni and cheese for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling with cheesy excitement. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Pour over cooked pasta and stir to combine. Stir until the cheese is mostly melted and combined with the hot milk. Remove from heat, and drop in the Velveeta cheese chunks. Pour in milk and heat until slightly thickened. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the seafood mac and cheese is hot throughout and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Sprinkle them on top of the mac and cheese. Melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter and mix it with the panko bread crumbs. Add in the flour and stir until the butter and flour are combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. In a large stock pot, melt the 2 sticks of butter. Drizzle lightly with oil or melted butter, and stir to prevent the noodles clumping together.
